| Article number: kb-8 | Q. I am currently with another host and wondering can you help me transfer my accounts?
A. If you are currently hosted on a cPanel server, we can help you transfer all your accounts over. If you are not hosted on a cPanel server, you would have to manually transfer those accounts. All we would need is the following information in order to transfer your accounts.
1.) cPanel username and password
2.) Domain name or ip address
We will transfer up to 30 accounts to our server, free. Each account thereafter will impose a $0.50 cents fee per account.
Account transfers are provided as a courtesy to our clients. We do not do any script reconfigurations or dns zone edits. It will be your responsibility to make sure everything is ok before changing the nameservers.
